Minnkota Power Cooperative has for sale, on bids, the following equipment located in both Grand Forks and Center, N.D. Please review the bid details and requirements below before placing your bid.

Bids for this equipment will be opened at 8 a.m. Central Time (CT) on April 20, 2026. Bids will close on May 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. CT.
All items are sold on an as-is/where-is basis with Minnkota reserving the right to reject any or all bids.
The Grand Forks items for sale can be viewed on Minnkota’s public parking lot from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT prior to bid closing. Minnkota is located at 5301 32^nd Ave. South, Grand Forks, N.D. Minnkota will not be offering test drives or off-site inspections.
Bids will only be accepted via email to dwinsand@minnkota.com. A confirmation email will be sent to notify the bidder that their bid was received. After bids close, only successful bidders will be notified.
All bids must include: full name, phone number, vehicle/trailer number, and bid price at or above the stated minimum.
Bids may only be modified or withdrawn prior to bid closing.
If your bid has been accepted, you will need to pay your bid amount in cash prior to taking ownership and removing the vehicle/trailer from Minnkota property.
Successful bidders must remove their item(s) from Minnkota property within two (2) weeks following notification of the acceptance of their bid.
All successful bidders must sign a release form.

Known Issues:

Tach sensor located outside which shows RPMs of the blower does not work.
The drive train needs work.
The clutch is full of uncertainty and does not perform as it should all the time.
The rear suspension needs work which includes but limited to replacement of bearings and bushings.
The axles to suspension are shifting on the truck. When operating the vehicle, the suspension will separate from the truck, which causes the wheels to come out from under the truck. The actual axles are in good condition.
The vehicle will have to be transported offsite on trailer.
Blower/Supersucker attachment needs to be rebuilt. There is rust on the vacuum tank and has normal wear and tear.
